Senior Data Architect / Principal Data Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Architect / Principal Data Engineer with 6-15 years of expertise in designing and building scalable data ecosystems on cloud or big data platforms. The ideal candidate will lead data architecture, engineering, and integration efforts, ensuring robust and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design scalable data architectures on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or Hadoop ecosystems.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines using frameworks like Apache Spark or similar.
• Implement control table-driven data ingestion frameworks.
• Build and maintain data governance and quality frameworks.
• Design dimensional data models for analytics and reporting.
• Integrate data solutions with BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense).
• Lead technical teams and ensure timely delivery of data projects.

Qualifications:

• 6-15 years of experience in data engineering or architecture.
• Expertise in cloud platforms or Hadoop ecosystems.
• Strong skills in Apache Spark or similar frameworks.
• Proficiency in dimensional data modeling and data governance.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
• Proven leadership and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in cloud platforms or data engineering tools.
• Experience with Agile and CI/CD practices.
