About the Role

We’re excited to offer an opportunity for a Senior Demand Planner to join our Pakistan team! In this role, you’ll be a key driver of operational success, taking ownership of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for our phone case and screen protectors product categories. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align forecasts with business goals, ensure optimal stock levels, and support supply chain efficiency. With responsibilities spanning demand planning, inventory management and reporting, this role is critical to enabling smooth operations and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is a unique opportunity to contribute strategically to a fast-paced, growing business and make a tangible impact on our global operations.

Please note that this role will be situated at our office in Lahore (Upper Mall), working on-site from Monday-Thursday, with Friday being an optional WFH day. The normal working hours will be 10am - 7pm PKT.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the monthly S&OP forecast cycle for your assigned product categories (Phone Cases & Screen Protectors), ensuring timely involvement of all key stakeholders
  • Maximize the use of sea freight over air freight within your assigned product categories through effective S&OP planning
  • Collaborate with the Commercial team to align demand planning with planned NPD (New Product Development) launches and trading promotions for your product categories
  • Oversee the annual SKU rationalization process for your product categories
  • Partner closely with the China Operations team to provide a rolling 12-month plan, driving supply chain efficiencies
  • Ensure optimal stock levels and product availability for your product categories by managing the demand planning process and working with Commercial and Marketplace teams to mitigate overstocks and avoid out-of-stock scenarios
  • Represent your assigned product categories in the S&OP section of the Monthly Operations Meeting
  • Manage weekly reporting and meetings for your product categories, covering areas such as actual versus demand performance, overstock, understock, and ordering, while maintaining clear communication with the Commercial team to drive SKU performance
  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the department’s accuracy and efficiency

Skills Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing demand planning and forecasting processes, ideally within a global D2C business
  • Strong understanding of S&OP principles, with experience collaborating cross-functionally to align forecasts with business objectives
  • Solid knowledge of inventory management, logistics operations, and supply chain efficiencies, including experience working with international stakeholders
  • Advanced analytical and numerical skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerQuery, a familiarity with ERP systems and demand planning tools and an eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across global teams
  • A strategic mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving, combined with the ability to work autonomously and make data-driven decisions
  • Adaptable and highly organized, thriving in fast-paced environments with competing priorities.
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written communication.
