Senior Designer (Motion Design)

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Designer with expertise in Motion Design to join our creative team in Pakistan. This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary designer who excels in bringing concepts to life through dynamic visuals and animation. You will play a key role in shaping our brand’s visual identity across various platforms and campaigns.

What you will do:

• Convey creative check and supervision for guidelines correspondence of SA region design work
• Control quality and raise its rate within the region
• Identify best practices and scale them
• Identify locally relevant design peculiarities and work closely with the Team Lead on their implementation of global guidelines
• Developing a wide range of high-quality creative and executive design materials
• Building a brand image through visual communications within the region
• Ensure consistency in visual communication within the region
• Developing master layouts for online and offline marketing activities
• Interaction with cross-functional teams to find the best ways of performing projcts
• Identifies issues and points of growth providing solutions

What we expect from you:

• Portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality design work, self-developed
• A bachelor's degree in communication design, advertising, fine arts or a related field is preferred but not crucial in case the job experience is relevant
• Successful completion (within inDrive) of a test task
• Owning design course certificates is a plus
• Work experience in design studios/advertising agencies / global companies as senior/principal designer for 3+ years
