Position: Senior GC Estimator (US-Based Estimation)

Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent

Working Hours: 1 PM to 10 PM

Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore

Are you an Estimation Engineer with expertise in US-based estimation? We’re hiring a Senior GC Estimator to join our dynamic team and contribute to exciting construction projects from conception to completion!

We are a General Contractor based in Houston, Texas, specializing in delivering high-quality construction solutions across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed material take-offs and estimates based on drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
• Communicate bids and scope details clearly with project managers, supervisors, and contractors/subcontractors.
• Analyze design and constructability to identify cost-effective solutions.
• Prepare and assemble bids/proposals for various contract types.
• Review tender documents and manage RFIs for precise bid submissions.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
• Manage risk evaluations and develop strategies to mitigate risks effectively.
• Maintain a "Lessons Learned" database for continuous project improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of US-based estimation experience.
• Ability to handle all trades (GC + MEP).
• Proficiency in PlanSwift, MS Office, and other estimation tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Project management and supervision skills are a plus.
