Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand growth, or growth hacking roles
  • Proven experience in growth marketing and growth hacking methodologies
  • Strong command of social media management and content strategy
  • Hands-on experience with paid campaigns, marketing funnels, and analytics
  • Ability to build and execute end-to-end marketing strategies
  • Creative, analytical, and execution-focused mindset
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, experiment-driven environments


Responsibilities:

  • Lead growth hacking initiatives to scale the company and portfolio brands
  • Own and manage social media strategy and execution across platforms
  • Drive brand positioning, visibility, and demand generation initiatives
  • Plan and execute performance-driven marketing campaigns
  • Manage marketing activities for both the company brand and client portfolio
  • Analyze performance data, track KPIs, and continuously optimize for growth
  • Collaborate with sales, design, and leadership teams to align marketing with business objectives
