Job Title: Senior HR Manager/Executive

Location: Head Office, Zamzama, Karachi

Position Overview:

Our Client (one of the fastest growing e-commerce platform in Karachi having more than 130 employees) is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Manager/ Executive to lead HR functions at head office (Karachi). This role is pivotal in aligning HR strategies with business goals, managing employee relations, and driving organizational growth for E-commerce company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the companys overall objectives.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention programs.
• Manage employee relations, performance appraisals, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement.
• Collaborate with leadership to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare HR reports as required.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or related field, from reputable universities
• Certification in HR is a plus
• Experience: 5-6 years of HR management experience, preferably in a e-commerce industry.

• Fluency in English with excellent communication abilities.
• Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
