Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the operations of a leading multinational company, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with global quality standards.
Collaborate closely with individual lab managers to enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflow processes, and optimize resource allocation.
Lead the implementation of best practices in lab operations, safety protocols, and quality assurance measures.
Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, certifications, and compliance protocols.
Monitor and optimize lab productivity, manage budgets effectively, and implement cost-saving strategies.
Identify and resolve operational challenges in coordination with senior management.
Lead team development efforts, mentor lab managers, and support succession planning.
Drive continuous process improvement, automation, and digital transformation initiatives to enhance lab efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Master's or BS/BE in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in multi-laboratory operations, quality management, or technical services in well-reputed organizations.
Demonstrated experience managing diverse lab operations, preferably in industries such as textiles, leather, consumer goods, minerals, health & nutrition, agri-commodities, cosmetics & hygiene, coal testing, metals & infrastructure testing, chemicals, crude oil, or other testing sectors.
Strong knowledge of ISO standards, laboratory accreditation, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.
Proven ability to lead large teams, drive process improvements, and foster innovation in laboratory operations.
