Key Responsibilities:

  • Interfaces with key stakeholders across Daraz Ventures, also acts as interface between Daraz and the 3PL & 3PL's teams
  • Drives strategic reviews and analysis with 3PL teams to understand capacity & financial opportunities and risks
  • Ensures the 3PL is meeting Daraz Performance Management expectations. Drives KPI reviews with 3PL and ensures they have appropriate action plans
  • Ensure the 3PL is managing their Daily Operations in alignment with Daraz priorities and needs.
  • Reconciles information between the 3PL & Daraz systems, develop and follow up on APIs roadmap and implementation
  • Lead contract negotiations with the 3PLs
  • Drive continuous improvement and cost reducing innovation while ensuring a high-level service quality
  • Oversee reporting on key metrics such as cost per package, delivery success rate percentages.
  • Continually assess current service performance levels and trends and take timely action to remove performance barriers.
  • Build a strong partnership with internal customers and stakeholders through regular and consistent professional communication, problem solving, and relationship building. Promote collaboration, coordination, and teamwork across organizational boundaries.
  • Implement processes and controls to ensure delivery service meets or exceeds the expectations of our clients. Monitor customer satisfaction, address field issues, and manage performance to defined metrics, and drive the best productivity we can manage to. Drive improvement at the final mile based on training in the fields, and SOP compliance.
  • Ensure all business activities are done in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, and regulations meeting the highest quality standards.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors in Business Administration. Masters in Business Administration is preferred
  • 6-7 years work experience in Logistics and Supply chain
  • Strong analytical skills, stakeholder management and strong communication skills, Business acumen
