Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish smooth flow with continuity of sales on monthly basis as per the assigned targets
  • Find entire end users of assigned products that includes large, mid-tier and small segments buyers.
  • Daily visit to the clients offices for generating sales and building long term business relation to build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and know their business health
  • Meet your recovery targets (Payments & tax challans) in timely manner as per agreed limits with the customer approved by the company
  • Identify new product and marketplace for generating new business opportunities. Also prepare detail competitive analysis report comprises on region, payment terms, pricing, and volume
  • Generate customer complaint report on immediate basis when and where received along with actions taken to resolve them and suggestions to avoid such in the future
  • Developing Commercial sources (new dealers) for distribution of products in consultation with the head, to increase sales, liquidity, reachability & improving relationship with customers to achieve its cash flows.
  • Contribute to the development of sales through marketing/ branding, customer retention, pricing, and distribution strategies for the area of responsibility
  • Strategize and plan the sales process management, forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new product development and market research
  • Responsible and accountable for developing and executing business strategies to achieve assigned target of self and his team in accordance with the strategic plans and policy given by the higher management.
  • Coordinate with Production Planning Department for sales requirements and resolve company-wide sales needs
  • Attend weekly sales review meeting with sales team to analyze sales performance, timely recovery status, new product & market development and forecasting review.
  • Vigilant follow up of monthly sales targets of team by monitoring actual sales daily, and event of any lagging behind from targets, determine reasons and devise strategies to overcome the situation and reporting to the seniors
  • Establishing and implementing performance review system for self and team on daily , weekly and quarterly basis for sales and recovery and new business development; the review must concluded in form of reporting to Director Marketing with key observation along with action plan.
  • Assist and develop sales team by providing products related technical trainings


Qualification: MBA in Marketing

Experience: 15 years in sales, preferably within the chemical or textile industry

Skills & Expertise:

  • In-depth knowledge of end-to-end channel management
  • Hands-on experience in Market Research and Business Development
  • Proven track record in exploring new markets while retaining existing customers
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and processes
