Senior Node.js Developer (Blockchain)

About The Role

Were looking for a Senior Node.js Developer (Blockchain) to join our fast-growing Web3 team at TEKHQS. This is an exciting opportunity to work on next-generation blockchain platforms and decentralized applications (dApps) for global clients.

In this role, youll take ownership of designing and developing high-performance, scalable backend architectures, integrating smart contracts, and building secure APIs that power real-world decentralized ecosystems. You'll collaborate with talented engineers, blockchain architects, and DevOps teams to deliver enterprise-grade blockchain products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize backend services using Node.js and TypeScript
• Build secure, scalable RESTful and GraphQL APIs for blockchain applications
• Integrate and interact with smart contracts using Web3.js, Ethers.js, and Solidity
• Work on on-chain and off-chain integrations, including IPFS, The Graph, and Layer 2 protocols
• Manage databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis) and ensure high performance and scalability
• Deploy and maintain solutions on AWS, GCP, or other cloud environments
• Implement containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) for efficient CI/CD pipelines
• Apply best practices for security, performance, and code quality, including OAuth2.0, JWT, and data encryption
• Collaborate cross-functionally with frontend, blockchain, and DevOps teams to deliver robust, end-to-end solutions
• Stay updated with emerging Web3 trends, blockchain frameworks, and development tools
  
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on backend development experience with Node.js and TypeScript
• Strong understanding of Ethereum and EVM-compatible networks (Polygon, Binance Smart Chain, etc.)
• Experience with smart contract integration and blockchain API development
• Familiarity with IPFS, The Graph, and Layer 2 scaling solutions
• Experience working with cloud infrastructures (AWS, GCP) and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
• Solid knowledge of API security standards (OAuth, JWT, rate limiting, etc.)
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Experience with Solana, Rust, or Cosmos SDK
• Knowledge of NestJS, Microservices Architecture, or Event-Driven Systems
• Familiarity with serverless computing (AWS Lambda)

• Type: Full-time | Hybrid 3 days On-site | 2 days Remote
