primary responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the entire onboarding process for new employees, from pre-
boarding to orientation and beyond.

Develop and implement effective onboarding strategies and programs that align with
company goals and values.
 Work closely with HR, managers, and other departments to ensure new hires receive
the necessary training and resources to be successful in their roles.
 Facilitate new hire orientation sessions and conduct onboarding training for new
employees.
 Monitor and track new hire progress during the onboarding process and provide
regular updates to stakeholders.
 Develop and maintain relationships with new hires, ensuring their questions and
concerns are addressed promptly.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent onboarding
experience for all new hires.
 Continuously evaluate and improve the onboarding process to ensure it is effective
and efficient.

required skill-set & qualifications

Minimum bachelor’s degree from a UGC/AICTE accredited university
 3-4 years of work-experience in a recruitment or HR staffing firm. (pref. into HR
Operations role)
 Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and onboarding.
 Ability to execute actions under a complex and pressured environment.
 Passion for results, client-satisfaction and success of overall project.
 Analytical and Problem-Solving Mindset
 Excellent Communication (both verbal and written)
 Highly proficient skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email applications
 Skill in independently prioritizing, planning, coordinating, organizing, leading, and
monitoring multiple onboardings.
 Knowledge of different time zones across the globe - specially US, Europe &
Singapore.
