About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Senior People Partner to join our team, serving as the primary point of contact for colleagues in the Technology function and Shared Services functions based in Lahore.


In this role, you will focus on delivering an exceptional employee experience by guiding colleagues through people processes, implementing initiatives on the ground, and supporting the development of a healthy and effective workplace culture. You will also play a vital role in supporting people-related projects. This role will also be responsible for the People Operations for the Pakistan entity of Beyond ONE.


What You Will Do

Employee Support & Advocacy:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for colleagues, providing guidance on people processes, policies, and programs.
  • Build trust with colleagues by delivering timely, clear, and consistent information about People-related matters.
  • Share on-ground insights and feedback with the Global People team.
  • Partner with managers and team leads to create a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
  • Serve as a champion of the company’s values, driving initiatives that align with the organizational culture.


Onboarding & Employee Experience:

  • Coordinate and deliver seamless onboarding experiences for new hires, ensuring a positive start to their journey.
  • Partner with the Global People team to enhance onboarding processes
  • Act as a local resource to help colleagues adapt to the organization and connect with the company culture.
  • Ensure offboarding processes are managed professionally and efficiently, providing a positive exit experience.


People Initiatives & Projects:

  • Support the rollout and implementation of global and local people initiatives on the ground.
  • Contribute to projects that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and organizational culture.
  • Lead engagement activities, such as surveys, feedback sessions, and team-building events, to foster a healthy workplace environment.
  • Actively promote and support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
  • Track and share updates on People metrics, such as retention rates, onboarding feedback, and engagement levels.


Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure People processes and systems are effectively implemented and followed locally.
  • Collaborate with the Global People team to roll out updates to policies, tools, or systems.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and documentation, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
  • Resolve employee queries and issues efficiently, coordinating with internal stakeholders as needed.
  • Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle operations, including employment contracts, payroll processing, benefits management, People system updates, and compliance support.
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of payroll, statutory deductions, employee reimbursements, and health insurance administration while addressing employee queries and supporting audits. (Coordination with external Payroll Vendor).


What You Will Need

  • Experience: 7 years experience in HR, Business Partnering or People Operations.


Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and relationships at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficient in managing data, reports and records
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Passion for building a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
