About the Role

As Senior PPC Executive, you will take ownership of the implementation of our PPC strategy across Amazon and Google, allowing success. You will drive business success by auditing and optimising our current PPC set-up, implementing necessary updates, and establishing a robust cycle of continuous improvement. Mous’s mission is to become a household brand in tech accessories, so we're looking for an exceptional individual with an entrepreneurial mindset that can drive our brand forward. Please note that this role will be situated at our office in Lahore (Upper Mall), working on-site from Monday-Thursday, with Friday being an optional WFH day. The normal working hours will be 10am - 7pm PKT.

About You

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PPC Executive to join our Growth team. We are looking for a proactive individual with a deep understanding of PPC campaign management, capable of driving growth, improving efficiency, and delivering outstanding performance for our advertising efforts. We are looking for someone who is passionate about this channel and capable of taking a strategic approach to measure its impact across the entire marketing funnel, including assessing incrementality. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with the Growth team and gain exposure to other digital marketing channels, including Meta, TikTok, and more.

Here’s what you’ll get up to in your first three months with us:

  • Develop a strong understanding of the business strategy and plan and how your role will drive this forward
  • Specifically familiarise yourself with our core reports and data sources.
  • Learn our current PPC set-up and strategy.
  • Learn our current and future product pipeline, in order to get the most out of our advertising.
  • Take ownership of our PPC campaigns across Amazon and Google ads.
  • Conduct a review of current campaign set-up, structure and coverage.

Sounds good? This is what you’ll work on in six months to a year:

  • Oversee and implement the PPC strategy for Amazon and Google Ads.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, campaign structuring, and optimisation to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Analyse campaign performance data, providing actionable insights to enhance results and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).Monitor budget allocation and maintain optimal ad spend across all campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between PPC campaigns and business goals.
  • Stay up to date with the latest PPC trends, tools, and platform updates.
  • Create comprehensive and up-to-date documentation for all campaigns.

Skills Requirements

  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Ideally, you'll have a 2:1 degree or higher under your belt (although this isn't a prerequisite)1-2 years in a relevant marketing role, preferably within eCommerce, with proven expertise in managing Amazon and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong numerical and analytical ability to build and evaluate data-driven hypotheses, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
  • A deep understanding of commercial priorities, with the ability to assess value and ruthlessly prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Capability to take full ownership of processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement efficient ways of working.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage and manage stakeholders, paired with storytelling and presentation skills to communicate plans and objectives clearly.
  • High levels of precision and reliability, complemented by excellent project management skills.
  • Proactive and innovative thinker with the drive to identify opportunities and implement continuous improvement strategies.
  • Agile, adaptable, and able to embrace change while demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills in a dynamic market environment.
  • Enthusiastic about the Mous brand, with a strong commitment to maintaining its authenticity and values.

  • Experience with Meta, TikTok and Snapchat advertising
