Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with expertise in Django, scripting, and AWS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, database management, and cloud technologies. This role involves working on scalable applications, integrating complex data solutions, and leveraging Amazon Timestream and PostgreSQL for optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Python and Django.
  • Develop and optimize scripts for automation and task processing.
  • Manage and maintain databases, primarily PostgreSQL and Amazon Timestream.
  • Implement and optimize cloud-based solutions using AWS services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy scalable solutions.
  • Monitor, debug, and improve application performance.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code adhering to best practices.
  • Ensure security and data protection measures are implemented effectively.
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience:
  • Proven experience in Python development, with a focus on Django framework.
  • Strong scripting skills for automation and data manipulation.
  • Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and familiarity with database optimization techniques.
  • Knowledge of Amazon Timestream and its integration.
  • Proficiency with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent understanding of RESTful APIs and backend services.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
