We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive with 2 to 3 years of proven expertise in sales to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a solid track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. The Senior Sales Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth, mentoring junior sales team members, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Lead by example in engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and providing tailored product recommendations to close sales and exceed individual and team targets.
- Mentor and support junior sales team members by providing guidance, training, and feedback to help them achieve their goals.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and fostering trust and loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to provide customers with accurate and valuable information.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and reports, ensuring accurate tracking in the CRM system.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to streamline processes and enhance customer experiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, with a demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a sales team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on consultative selling and customer engagement.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve escalated customer issues effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Type: Full-Time
Shift time: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM ( Monday to Friday)
Salary Range: Market Competitive + Short Term & Long Term Benefits
