The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of Design Sales Experience. This position requires sales executive, front, upsell, design, dealing, business, client, searching, make calls, sales, specifications, project management, strong communication skills, verbal, selling, and negotiation skills, Salary varies between 100k to 200k (PKR) per month and other benefits depend upon the skills and experience.
Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi
Shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
Target: 5k$ to 10K$

Responsibilities:
As a Senior Sales professional, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our client base. Your responsibilities will include:
· Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
· Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management.
· Make calls and promote the company's services
· Deal with customers in a friendly and attentive manner
· Ensure monthly sales targets
· Ensure timely follow-up
· Effective selling and negotiation skills
· Ability to comprehend and effectively address clients' specific needs with tailored design solutions.
· Manage and nurture a pipeline of leads, promptly following up with potential clients in a professional manner.
· Convert Bark-generated leads into sales by effectively communicating the unique value proposition of our design services.
· Proven experience in front-end sales, utilizing platforms like Bark.com Cold Calling, etc.
· Identify upselling opportunities and work closely with the team to maximize customer value.
Requirement:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in Front Sales, preferably within the web, design, and development sector.
· A verifiable and impressive history of achievements in the design and development industry.
· Demonstrated ability to handle both front sales and upselling strategies effectively.
· Proficient negotiation and closing skills, leveraging a consultative selling approach.
· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
· Strong communication skills both verbal & written.
· Ability to work on the night shift.
· Time Management.
· Ability to lead the team.
