This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. What You Will Be Doing
- Design and deploy AI-powered monitoring systems that can predict potential failures before they occur
- Architect intelligent CI/CD pipelines that continuously optimize themselves for maximum efficiency and minimal human oversight
- Spending your days on repetitive manual interventions and reactive troubleshooting—your mission is to teach AI to handle these tasks autonomously
- Engineer hyper-scalable cloud infrastructure that maintains 99.99% uptime while continuously evolving through AI-enhanced upgrades and customizations to meet and exceed client expectations
- Demonstrated AI-First philosophy (you should instinctively ask "How can AI solve this?" before writing a single line of code—traditional "code first" thinkers need not apply)
- Minimum 2 years hands-on DevOps experience with emphasis on automation of infrastructure management and CI/CD pipelines
- At least 2 years working with AWS or GCP cloud environments
- Expertise with AI and ML tools for predictive analytics, monitoring, and automation (or exceptional eagerness to rapidly master these technologies)
- Advanced programming capabilities with focus on developing AI-enhanced automation systems and processes
