As we embark on designing Version 2 of our flagship product, we’re looking for a visionary Senior Software Architect to lead the architectural design and ensure scalability, performance, and innovation at every step.

What You’ll Do:

Architectural Leadership:

• Lead the design and development of the architecture for V2 of our product, ensuring it meets current needs while being adaptable for future growth.
• Define system components, APIs, databases, and integrations in alignment with scalability, security, and performance requirements.

Scalability & Performance Optimization:

• 
  
• Design highly scalable backend systems using Node.js, PostgreSQL, and MySQL to handle millions of records and concurrent users seamlessly.
• Optimize frontend rendering performance in Angular to deliver near-instantaneous map interactions, including custom overlays and real-time lead management on Google Maps.

Technology Stack Ownership:

• Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance our stack.
• Ensure seamless integration between different layers of the application, from backend services to frontend interfaces.

Collaboration Across Teams:

• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.

Problem Solving & Innovation:

• Tackle unique challenges related to geospatial data processing, large-scale map rendering, and efficient lead management workflows.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and propose innovative approaches to improve the product’s functionality and user experience.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable, high-performance web applications.

Technical Expertise:

• Deep knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js , PostgreSQL , and MySQL .
• Strong proficiency in frontend frameworks like Angular and expertise in optimizing UI/UX for smooth interactions.
• Hands-on experience working with Google Maps APIs , including custom overlays and advanced geospatial functionalities.

System Design Skills:

• Ability to create detailed architecture diagrams and documentation.
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices, caching strategies, and database optimization techniques.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork and mentorship.

Bonus Points:

• Prior experience working on products involving geospatial data, mapping technologies, or CRM-like platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
