About The Role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to architect and implement the workflows, integrations, and systems that translate our AI solutions into large-scale, production-ready platforms.

What You'll Do

Workflow & System Integration

• Design and implement end-to-end workflows that integrate AI models into existing platforms.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to transition prototypes into high-availability production systems.
  
  

Scalable Architecture & Infrastructure

• Develop and maintain microservices, APIs, and containerized solutions for seamless deployment and scaling.
• Optimize system performance, reliability, and cost efficiency in cloud environments (AWS).
  
  

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Work with product managers and business stakeholders to define technical requirements and success metrics.
• Present complex technical concepts, progress updates, and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  
  

What You'll Need

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of professional experience in software development, with a track record of architecting and scaling complex systems.
  
  

Technical Proficiency

• Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python, and Java.
• Microservices & APIs: Strong experience building RESTful or GraphQL APIs, event-driven architectures, and containerized services (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Cloud & DevOps: Proven track record with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (Terraform), and cloud platforms (AWS).
• Data Integration & Workflow: Familiarity with data pipelines (Kafka) and experience connecting to various data sources.
  
  

Soft Skills

• Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with AI teams, product managers, and business stakeholders.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication, including technical documentation.
  
  

Nice-to-Have

• Exposure to AI/ML concepts and familiarity with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience with high-volume, real-time data processing.
