This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. What You Will Be Doing
- Creating cutting-edge product features with AI as your primary tool.
- Utilizing automated systems to diagnose and fix software issues efficiently.
- Driving the development of a predictive analytics engine using fragmented financial data.
- Endlessly debugging without efficient AI tools at your disposal.
- Working on monotonous feature factories without creative freedom.
- Depending on analysts for data insights before making decisions.
Drive the rapid development and deployment of AI-driven software reporting solutions that redefine business intelligence.
Basic Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience writing production code
- At least 2 years of experience as primary technical contributor
- At least 1 year of experience in serverless development
- Proficiency in SQL plus one of the following languages: TypeScript, Python, Go, JavaScript
- Experience using generative AI tools (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor) in day-to-day development tasks
