We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment for senior-level technical roles, including Senior/Principal Software Engineers and Software Architects. You will play a critical role in building a high-performing tech team by identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment for senior-level technical roles, including Senior/Principal Software Engineers and Software Architects. You will play a critical role in building a high-performing tech team by identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent.
Key Responsibilities:Drive the full recruitment cycle:
- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for senior technical positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments to evaluate technical expertise and cultural fit.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet future hiring needs.
- Build and nurture relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends to enhance recruitment strategies and outcomes.
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on senior-level roles.
- Expertise in hiring for roles such as Senior Software Engineers, Principal Engineers, and Software Architects.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts, programming languages, and software development life cycles.
- Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple roles simultaneously.
