Senior Truck Dispatcher – Sales

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily dispatch operations for dry vans, reefers, and flatbeds across the U.S.
- Prospect and acquire new clients through cold calls, emails, and networking.
- Build long-term relationships with shippers, brokers, and carriers.
- Negotiate competitive freight rates and close profitable deals.
- Coordinate pick-up and delivery schedules while tracking loads in real time.
- Manage load boards (DAT, TruckStop, etc.) and update CRM/dispatch systems regularly.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in truck dispatching and freight sales in the U.S. market.
- Hands-on experience with major U.S. load boards (DAT, TruckStop, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations and industry best practices.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Tech-savvy with dispatch software and CRM tools.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
Base Salary + High Commission (Based on Experience and Sales Performance)
