Job Overview:
We're looking for a highly skilled and passionate SEO Team Lead/SEO Executive to take ownership of our organic search strategy, spearhead growth initiatives, and optimize our web presence. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead SEO campaigns, and be responsible for delivering strong ROI through organic channels. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic SEO Leadership:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Team Management:
- Lead and mentor the SEO team, delegating tasks, setting goals, and ensuring best practices are implemented across the board.
- On-Page and Off-Page SEO:
- Oversee all on-page SEO activities, including keyword optimization, meta tag adjustments, and content optimization, while managing link-building campaigns and other off-page tactics.
- Technical SEO:
- Work closely with the development team to ensure the website’s technical structure is optimized for search engines, fixing crawl issues, and improving website performance metrics.
- Content Strategy & Optimization:
- Collaborate with content creators to align SEO goals with engaging content that ranks well and provides value to users.
- Data-Driven Insights:
- Conduct ongoing keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance audits. Leverage SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to analyze and report on SEO campaign effectiveness.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
- Keep up with the latest SEO trends, search engine updates, and algorithm changes, adapting strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 2-4+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven track record of delivering measurable results.
- Experience leading a team or SEO projects is a strong plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Solid grasp of HTML/CSS, schema markup, and website architecture best practices.
- Content Expertise:
- Experience with content marketing, keyword research, and content strategy development.
- Analytical Mindset:
- Ability to break down complex data, make data-driven decisions, and communicate insights to stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field preferred. SEO certifications are a plus.
