Position Purpose:
We are looking for a results-driven Off-Page SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. Your mission will be to build high-quality backlinks, manage outreach campaigns, and enhance our brand’s online authority. You will work closely with the content and on-page SEO teams to ensure our link-building efforts align with our broader keyword strategy and business goals.
Education & Professional Qualification:
- Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant field from a reputed local/foreign University.
- Certification(s): Not mandatory, but certification in SEO is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum 2 - 3 years of proven SEO and SEM Experience with website optimization tools and managing PPC campaigns across Google.

Responsibilities:
- Link Building & Strategy: Develop and execute diversified link-building strategies (e.g., guest posting, resource pages, broken link building, and skyscraper technique).
- Identify and vet high-quality, relevant websites for potential backlink opportunities.
- Monitor the backlink profile to ensure a healthy balance of anchor text and "follow" vs. "no-follow" links.
- Outreach & Relationship Management: Conduct personalized outreach to bloggers, journalists, and industry influencers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with webmasters and editors in our niche.
- Manage communication across various platforms (Email, LinkedIn, Hunter.io, etc.).
- Content Collaboration: Collaborate with the Content Team to create "linkable assets" (infographics, whitepapers, or data-driven studies).
- Identify content gaps that could be leveraged for guest blogging opportunities.
- Analysis & Reporting: Monitor competitor backlink profiles to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Track the performance of outreach campaigns using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Report on key metrics such as Domain Authority (DA), Domain Rating (DR), and Referring Domains.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
- Experience with website analytics tools and bid management tools, and familiarity with Google Analytics.
- Ability to think creatively, strategically, and resolve problems.
- Able to follow established processes and procedures.

- Understanding of all search engines and functions, as well as marketing.
- Strong critical thinking, research, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
- Tools: Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Majestic, or Moz) and outreach tools (Pitchbox, BuzzStream, or Mailshake).
- Communication: Exceptional written communication skills for crafting persuasive outreach emails.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to distinguish between "high-quality" and "spammy" links (understanding Google’s Penguin and SpamBrain updates).
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of how On-Page SEO and technical SEO influence Off-Page success.
