Job Description:

Mindwhiz is looking for a Social Media Handler to manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be creative, confident in client communication, and experienced in handling Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube — with a strong grasp of performance marketing strategies and Canva-based content design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily posting, engagement, and monitoring across all social media platforms.

• Create and execute engaging content tailored to each platform’s audience.

• Design visually appealing graphics and posts using Canva.

• Plan and implement paid social media campaigns to boost reach, engagement, and conversions.

• Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of posts.

• Communicate with clients to understand their goals and provide regular performance updates.

• Monitor analytics, track performance, and prepare monthly reports.

• Optimize ad performance and recommend improvements based on data insights.

• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and advertising.

• Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice in all interactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or performance marketing.

• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.

• Proficiency in Canva and basic graphic design principles.

• Understanding of social media analytics, paid campaign optimization, and engagement strategies.

• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a night shift environment.

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
