Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and organized Social Media & Email Marketing Specialist with proven experience in the legal sector. This role is responsible for developing and executing compelling social media and email campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement—while ensuring consistency with the firm's brand voice and legal marketing standards. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to align content with legal services, case wins, thought leadership, and compliance, and will own the end-to-end execution of digital campaigns across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a unified, compliant content strategy across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Create and schedule high-quality visual and video content using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Monitor legal trends and current events to ensure timely and relevant social media engagement.
- Engage with online community, respond to comments/messages, and manage influencer collaborations.
- Track and analyze engagement metrics, adjusting strategy based on insights (using Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
Email Marketing
- Build and segment email lists based on practice areas, client types, and lead stages.
- Design and deploy newsletters, case highlights, announcements, and service promotions.
- Write compelling copy that aligns with the firm’s tone and messaging (subject lines, CTAs, and legal service narratives).
- Conduct A/B testing on email content, layouts, and subject lines to improve open, click-through, and conversion rates.
- Maintain consistency in messaging across email, social media, and website landing pages
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs and campaign performance using Google Analytics, social dashboards, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
- Present monthly performance reports and actionable insights to leadership.
- Collaborate with attorneys, sales, and product teams to align messaging with strategic goals and case types.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience in a law firm or legal services company(required).
- Strong understanding of law firm brand sensitivities, ethics, and confidentiality in public-facing messaging.
- Proven expertise in managing multichannel content calendars and digital campaigns.
- Hands-on proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut (or similar tools).
- Familiarity with legal CRM and email platforms (e.g., Clio Grow, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Strong written communication skills, with legal copywriting experience being a plus.
- Experience with A/B testing, SEO fundamentals, and campaign optimization.
