Role Description
Anayanex is seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager for a full-time, on-site role near UMT, Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media marketing campaigns, managing paid advertising strategies, and optimizing content across multiple platforms. This role also involves content strategy development, social media optimization (SMO), and analyzing campaign performance. Additionally, the candidate will design engaging social media posts and assist with HR-related tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute social media marketing and paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Develop and implement effective content strategies tailored to target audiences.
- Create, design, and manage engaging social media posts.
- Optimize content for better reach and engagement across platforms.
- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay updated with industry trends and algorithm changes.
- Assist in HR-related activities, such as employer branding and internal communications.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media marketing and digital advertising.
- Strong expertise in paid social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Experience in content strategy and social media optimization (SMO).
- Ability to analyze and interpret social media data for better performance.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, engagement strategies, and algorithms.
- Proficiency in designing posts and marketing creatives (Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in the software or technology industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
