Social Media Marketing Specialist

FORMULATRIX is looking to hire a Social Media Marketing Specialist to increase our marketing capabilities to help drive sales for our product lines. This is an excellent opportunity to directly participate in market development within the life science industry and to experience a wide range of research applications and strategic content creation activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop and execute social media strategies to grow our followers and engagement.
2. Create and schedule posts for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
3. Monitor social media performance, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
4. Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages promptly.
5. Manage LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization, to drive traffic and conversions.
6. Manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting aligned with marketing campaigns and events.
7. Collaborate with the design team to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets for social media posts.
8. Research and leverage AI tools to generate creative AI images and enhance content relevance and quality.
9. Stay updated on the latest social media trends and platform features to incorporate innovative strategies.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Life Sciences, or a related field.
2. Life Science marketing experience (1 - 2 years) is a plus.
3. Must possess innate or acquired design sense.
4. Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premier is a plus.
5. Expertise using marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
6. Strong written communication skills.
7. Ability to analyze and visualize data and report performance metrics to translate insights into actionable strategies.
8. Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high-quality execution across all tasks.
9. Proven track record of managing social media campaigns.
