Location: On-site (Faisalabad) 9 AM – 3 PM or 3 PM – 9 PM shift

Duration: 3-6 months (extendable)


What you’ll do
  • Cut, trim, and assemble short-form videos (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) from raw footage.
  • Add captions, hooks, memes, sound effects, and trending audio to boost watch time.
  • Export in the correct aspect ratios and file sizes for each platform.
  • Maintain an organized edit/project file structure (naming, folders, assets).
  • Work with the content team to align edits with the brand voice and campaign goals.
  • Hit weekly deliverable targets and iterate based on performance feedback.
Must-haves
  • Editing tool: Adobe Premiere / CapCut / DaVinci Resolve
  • Basic motion graphics/text animation is a plus (After Effects or equivalent).
  • Understanding of social trends, pacing, hooks, and retention tactics.
  • Fast turnaround and zero drama with deadlines.
  • Portfolio or sample edits
