About The Role
The Software Architect is a senior technical leader responsible for defining, designing, and guiding the architecture of Persivia’s next-generation AI-powered healthcare platform. This role requires deep expertise across distributed systems, microservices, cloud engineering, data platforms and high-performance AI/ML pipelines.

About The Role
The Software Architect is a senior technical leader responsible for defining, designing, and guiding the architecture of Persivia’s next-generation AI-powered healthcare platform. This role requires deep expertise across distributed systems, microservices, cloud engineering, data platforms and high-performance AI/ML pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Architecture & System Design
- Lead architecture of Persivia’s Digital Health Platform and microservices ecosystem.
- Define scalable, secure and modular domain-driven architecture patterns.
- Design high-availability, low-latency systems supporting real-time data ingestion, analytics and AI orchestration.
- Data & AI Platform Architecture
- Architect data pipelines for EHR, claims, HL7/ADT, FHIR, lab and device data.
- Design AI-ready architectures supporting real-time inference and agentic workflows.
- Ensure data quality, normalization, governance and lineage.
- Technical Leadership
- Guide engineering teams with reviews and best practices.
- Drive automation, CI/CD, observability and performance engineering.
- Mentor senior engineers and grow technical leadership in PK.
- Collaboration
- Align architecture with global product and regulatory requirements.
- Translate product vision into scalable technical designs.
- 8+ years in development, 3+ years in architecture.
- Expertise in microservices, distributed systems, cloud, SQL/NoSQL, Kafka, AI/ML integration.
- Healthcare data experience preferred.
