OPTIVIQ holds the exclusive worldwide license for the sales, distribution, and support of OptiVision in the Pulp and Paper Industry The Position: We are seeking an Intermediate C# Developer with experience in both WinForms and ASP.NET MVC to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of C# programming and be skilled in building and maintaining desktop and web applications. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a collaborative environment to deliver robust, scalable solutions Karachi/Lahore/Islamabad resource center office, as an extension of the division-based R&D department Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and support applications using C#, with a focus on WinForms and ASP.NET MVC frameworks.
• Design and implement new features, modules, and applications based on requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, designers, and product managers, to create efficient and effective solutions.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code, following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.
• Assist with the integration of third-party APIs and services as needed.
• Document development processes, architecture, and design elements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a C# developer, with expertise in WinForms and ASP.NET MVC.
• Strong knowledge of C# and .NET framework.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery is a plus.
• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and proficiency in writing complex SQL queries.
• Familiarity with RESTful API integration and development.
• Experience with ASP.NET Core or migrating WinForms to web-based applications.
• Experience in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Good understanding of SOLID principles, Unit Testing, OOP concepts and Design Patterns.
• Good understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize applications to enhance performance and reliability.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
