Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled React Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in building modern, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong frontend fundamentals, a passion for clean and scalable UI development, and experience collaborating closely with backend and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive, high-quality web applications using React.js
- Translate UI/UX designs into clean, reusable, and scalable components
- Integrate and consume RESTful APIs, working closely with backend teams
- Implement and manage state using Redux, Context API, Zustand, or similar tools
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility
- Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and consistent UI behavior across devices
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions
- Follow best practices, security standards, and frontend coding guidelines
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications
- 3–4 years of professional experience with React.js
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
- Hands-on experience with React Hooks, functional components, and component-based architecture
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, Zustand)
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and asynchronous data handling
- Familiarity with frontend performance optimization techniques
- Understanding of frontend security best practices
