Software Engineer - WordPress Developer

We are looking for a skilled WordPress Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for customizing and extending existing CMS platforms, primarily WordPress, to meet project requirements. You will also develop and maintain custom WordPress themes while ensuring high standards of quality, performance, and security.

Responsibilities:

• CMS Customization & Development: Customize and extend existing CMS platforms and plugins to meet project requirements across various platforms.
• WordPress Theme Development: Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes, ensuring high-quality standards, performance, and security.
• Front-End Development: Implement advanced HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap techniques to craft visually appealing, responsive website interfaces.
• Dynamic Website Functionality: Enhance website functionality with dynamic content loading, using CMS platforms such as Webflow, Wix, and others.
• Server Integration: Manage seamless server integration across platforms such as GoDaddy, Hostinger, AWS, Dream host, WordPress, Bluehost, A2 Hosting, and Namecheap, optimizing performance and reliability.
• CMS Security & Optimization: Ensure the security and optimization of CMS websites, adhering to best practices and company standards.
• Third-Party Integrations: Implement and maintain third-party integrations, such as payment gateways and APIs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with design teams to ensure smooth integration of CMS projects and seamless handover to teams.
• Page Builders: Harness the capabilities of industry-leading Page Builders to streamline the creation and customization of layouts.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date on the latest CMS trends, tools, and best practices.
  
  
  

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of proven experience as a WordPress Developer.
• Strong proficiency in WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
• Experience with other CMS platforms like Webflow, Wix, etc.
• Familiarity with server platforms such as AWS, GoDaddy, and Hostinger.
• Understanding of website security, performance optimization, and responsive design.
• Experience with third-party API integrations and payment gateways.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in other CMS platforms such as Webflow or Wix.
• Knowledge of server management and cloud platforms.
