As a Telesales Executive, you will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to identify leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into loyal customers. Responsibilities

  • Make outbound sales calls to potential clients and deliver engaging pitches
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate software solutions
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies


Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in telesales or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to present and explain complex software solutions clearly
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • A results-oriented mindset with a strong desire to achieve sales goals
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with the computer software industry and market trends
