About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Software Project Manager to lead and deliver technology-driven projects across a variety of domains. This is a full-time, onsite position based at our Head Office in Khayaban-e-Amin, Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects while ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budget.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage software projects from initiation to closure
• Collaborate with clients, developers, designers, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
• Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and reviews
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of project outputs in line with business objectives
• Prepare and deliver project documentation, reports, and performance updates to stakeholders
• Coordinate between cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and productivity
• Manage scope changes, budget tracking, and delivery timelines with proper change control processes
• Facilitate the adoption of Agile and DevOps best practices across teams
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of project management experience in software development
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or Asana
• Working knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Familiarity with technologies like REST APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and web development fundamentals
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification (preferred)
