About the Role

Launch Your Supply Chain Career at Mous

Are you ready to take your first step into the world of planning and operations? Mous is hiring an S&OP Executive to support our fast-growing global supply chain.

About You 

This is the perfect opportunity for someone with internship experience or academic exposure to logistics, planning, or data, and the ambition to learn fast, think critically, and take ownership of tasks from day one.

You’ll work closely with experienced planners and cross-functional teams, gaining valuable hands-on exposure in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore, Pakistan.

Please note that this role will be situated at our office in Lahore (Upper Mall), working on-site from Monday-Thursday, with Friday being an optional WFH day. The normal working hours will be 8am – 5pm PKT but may require some occasional flexibility due to working with stakeholders based in China, UK and US.

How will success be measured?

  • Communication Skills: Effectiveness in communicating with suppliers and team members to resolve issues
  • Problem-Solving Ability: The Capability to handle unexpected challenges quickly
  • Workload Management: Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Effectiveness in tracking stock levels and keeping track on records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor stock levels at the 2x 3PL locations, ensuring SKU statuses are accurate on both Shopify and ERP
  • Prepare inter-warehouse transfers on ERP with the guidance of the Demand Planners
  • Monitor all stock movements, including intake into 3PL and Amazon warehouses from factories and inter-warehouse transfers
  • Submit orders prepared by Demand Planners to the Production team and track and report on order progress
  • Monitor allocation dates for all incoming inventory and update the Business Launch Calendar
  • Own the process of creating and updating bundle SKUs regularly
  • Prepare the data used in the Weekly S&OP meeting and post an update on Teams
  • Monitor and respond to CX stock queries
  • Provide ad hoc support to the Demand Planners

Skills requirements:

Hard skills:

  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel and ability to analyze basic datasets.
  • Comfort with ERP systems and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify).
  • Clear communication and coordination abilities, especially across teams and time zones.
  • Basic experience (internship or academic) in forecasting, planning, or supply chain functions.

Soft skills:

  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented.
  • Able to work under pressure with multiple priorities.
  • Team player who is comfortable working cross-functionally.
  • Quick learner with a flexible and helpful attitude.

Nice-to-have:

  • Exposure to supply chain or planning software.
  • Experience working with Amazon fulfillment or 3PL operations.
  • Familiarity with bundles/kitting in a retail environment
