SQA Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Software Project Manager with 1–3 years of experience who possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing software development projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining clear communication between stakeholders and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee software development projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and development teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure project objectives are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Document project progress, reports, and ensure effective communication across teams.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Assist in agile/scrum processes, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in software project management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage with teams and clients effectively.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Basic technical understanding of software development processes and technologies is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field (preferred).
