Job Purpose

To conduct thorough testing and detailed analysis of raw materials and finished products, ensuring their alignment with regulatory and NFL’s quality and safety standards .

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for software/hardware issues related to maintenance and manufacturing automation systems by utilising diagnostic tools and collaborating with relevant internal stakeholders
• Conduct routine system check-ups, apply updates, and utilise performance monitoring tools to ensure software remains updated and performs optimally
• Diagnose and resolve IT-related malfunctions in coordination with the maintenance and manufacturing teams
• Work with the EI&A Engineer to troubleshoot software issues, especially those involving integration between IT systems and manufacturing equipment
• Offer technical assistance and guidance to end-users within the maintenance section, facilitating their day-to-day operations
• Assist in the installation, updating, and backup of software used in manufacturing and automation systems, ensuring compatibility with the current IT environment
• Manage software licenses for tools used in maintenance, ensuring compliance with timely renewals to avoid service expirations
• Keep a detailed inventory of software tools, versions, and credentials to ensure license compliance, enhance security through timely updates, and support efficient system recovery during IT emergencies
• Maintain detailed records of interventions, issues resolved, and updates to document best practices that can be used as a point of reference.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in software and maintenance systems to ensure NFL’s manufacturing processes align with industry best practices

Background Requirements Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering.

Experience: 3-5 years relevant experience preferred.

Location: Faisalabad Plant, Punjab
