Sr. Project Coordinator

DevDimensions is seeking a passionate Project Coordinator to become a key player in our innovative team!

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Work with Project Managers to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Help in the allocation of resources and coordination of team members.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables.
• Support day-to-day project tasks, including tracking progress, updating project documentation, and preparing status reports.
• Assist in managing project risks and issues, identifying solutions and escalating when necessary.
• Maintain clear and regular communication with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• Prepare and share project status reports, meeting minutes, and relevant documentation.
• Organize and schedule meetings, including project kick-offs, team check-ins, and client updates.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate project testing phases and ensure documentation and feedback are incorporated.
• Identify opportunities for improving project management processes and methodologies.
• Contribute to lessons learned and post-project analysis.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project coordination or management and 1 year of experience as a developer, preferably in an IT industry.
• Familiarity with project management tool i.e. JIRA
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of budgeting and financial tracking.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM) is a plus but not mandatory.
