The Role

As a Sr. Service Technician, you will report to Team Lead Service, Compressor Technique Service division. Responsible for routine maintenance and repair of Atlas Copco compressed air equipment as per Atlas Copco standards.

What we expect from you?

• Complete service (start-up, breakdown, trouble shouting, regular maintenance, etc.) work with highest possible quality & result in a timely fashion. Always leave the customer site neat and presentable.
• To make sure visit reports are prepared after each job and submitted to service planner.
• Monitor Subcontractors quality
• To collect information about the installed base and maintain customer records and machine-park file.
• To assist the technical support on administration and processing of warranty and service issues.
• Support the AC Group’s vision by contributing continuously to a Customer-Value and a Customer-Care driven culture.
• Develop competence on the use of management information system.
• Follows established Company policies and procedures.
• Performs job in accordance with the Company's safety standards.
• Complete weekly and monthly reports / time sheets by the end of each week / month
  
  
  

To succeed, you'll need:

• B-Tech (Mechanical or Electrical)
• Having at least 2-3 years of proven hands on experience on technical rotary equipments (Compressors/Engines/Turbines)
• Good understanding of MS Office.
• Problem solving skills & multi-tasking skills.
• Proactive, open-minded personality with a can-do approach.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Able to build strong and effective working relationships with customers at all levels
