Primary Job Function
To arrange stocks, assemble, check and handover to shipment person in accordance with our policies and procedures. also store products as per local requirement. Control documentation keep eye on key performance indicators also maintain housekeeping in warehouse on daily basis.

Core Job Responsibilities
- Arrange and assemble of consignment as per batch number, expiries, quantities, printed on acknowledgement copy.
- To check stock received from production as per policy.
- To check the stamp of institution stocks for each consignment.
- To arrange for unloading of stock for printing from Landhi plant.
- Monitor temperature on daily basis.
- To carry out wall to wall stock count in first week of every month.
- Manage the house keeping of Warehouse as per policy.
- Responsible for implementation Quality management system (QMS) as per Abbott Quality standard in the warehouse as per guideline provided by CDQA.
- Responsible for implementing the requirement mentions in Drug Sale Licensed and Drug Law under supervision of CDQA.
- To perform GWDP for all Distributors / Institutional Ready Stockiest.
- Manage damaged stocks.
- Manage other jobs as and when assigned manager.
- Manage CDQA weekly call activity.
- Pharm-D / B-Pharm.
- At least 3-4 years’ Experience in warehouse management, and compliance.
- Quality management, Goods Distribution Practices, and command over QMS processes.
- Understanding of commercial and Distribution operations.
- Provide training on QMS Matrix.
- knowledge of Safety & Environment.
