Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand team requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Proactively source potential candidates through various online channels, including professional networks, social media, and job boards.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment workflow.
- Develop and post engaging job descriptions that accurately reflect the role and attract a diverse pool of qualified applicants.
- Champion a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.
- Assist in building and promoting the Qureos employer brand to attract top-tier talent.
- Proven experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role in the gulf and Mena region.
- A strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and approachable demeanour.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and professional networking platforms.
