Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to join our talent team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and Agile-based positions, including Software Engineers, QA Engineers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and more. You will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our technology teams in Lahore.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to join our talent team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and Agile-based positions, including Software Engineers, QA Engineers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and more. You will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our technology teams in Lahore.
Here's what you'll do:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technology and Agile-focused positions.
- Conduct video interviews with candidates to screen and assess their technical competencies, soft skills, and cultural fit.
- Develop and maintain a “warm bench” of qualified candidates to ensure a healthy pipeline for future hiring needs, aiming to reduce time-to-hire.
- Improve recruitment metrics such as cost-per-hire and time-to-fill by adopting proactive sourcing and innovative recruitment approaches.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, technical assessments, and feedback sessions with hiring managers and technical teams.
- Ensure timely communication with all applicants, providing feedback and maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Innovate and continuously improve the recruitment process to ensure efficiency and quality of hires.
- Use our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Teamtailor. Previous experience with Teamtailor or similar ATS platforms is preferred.
- Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other relevant channels.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and understand business and technical needs.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen our presence in the tech hiring market.
- Maintain accurate data and recruitment reports within the ATS.
- 2-4 years of experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition within the IT/software industry.
- Proven track record recruiting for Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, DevOps).
- Strong experience with video interviews, candidate assessments, and technical screenings.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team, with minimal supervision, while maintaining a high level of autonomy and accountability.
- Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) and Agile methodologies.
- Experience hiring for roles such as: Full Stack Engineers, Frontend Engineers, UI/UX Designers, Technical Business Analysts, Software Delivery Managers, Technical Project Managers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Data Scientists & Data Engineers
- Excellent sourcing skills across LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and local talent networks.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using ATS systems, Teamtailor preferred; experience with other ATS tools is a plus.
- Professional communication skills are essential. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively manage business interactions and maintain a professional tone in all commercial correspondence.
- Prior experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Slack is an advantage.
- Certifications or training in Agile, Scrum, or technical recruitment are a plus.
