We are seeking a skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in both domestic and international recruitment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in identifying, sourcing, and hiring top talent across global markets. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates worldwide.

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers for both domestic and international candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to source top talent across global markets, with a focus on compliance with local labor laws and visa regulations.
  • Utilize various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to identify potential candidates, building a diverse and qualified talent pool.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop recruitment strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Maintain an ongoing talent pipeline for critical roles, ensuring a smooth flow of candidates through the recruitment funnel.
  • Boost employer branding through content creation and participation in recruitment events.
  • Contribute to enhancing the company’s employer brand by creating engaging content and participating in international recruitment fairs or events.
  • Leverage recruitment data and analytics to improve recruitment efficiency and report on key metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate quality.
  • Facilitate new hires' immersion into company culture with the right tools and support.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to create and deliver an exceptional onboarding journey for new hires.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3- 5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition.
  • Familiarity with global hiring practices, visa processes, and compliance with labor regulations in different countries.
  • Strong sourcing skills and experience using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to utilize data for decision-making.
