As a Talent Acquisition Team Lead, you will work closely with our client, an innovative pharmaceutical organization, to shape and execute their recruiting strategy. Join our ever-growing company that values creativity and people as much as results-driven programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Team Management: Oversee and mentor a team of two Talent Acquisition Specialists, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high performance.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with senior hiring managers and multiple stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process.
- Collaboration with TA Manager: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager based in the UK to align strategies and share best practices.
- Strategic Recruitment: Recruit across all levels, including senior and specialized roles in corporate support, commercial, R&D, and manufacturing functions.
- Proactive Sourcing: Utilize a strong ability to source and headhunt unique and specialized talent.
- Data-Driven Insights: Influence and guide hiring managers with data-driven insights and relevant market intelligence.
- Talent Acquisition Projects: Add value through the delivery of talent acquisition projects and initiatives, providing guidance beyond the recruitment process.
- Expertise in Talent Acquisition: Proven track record as a Talent Acquisition Partner in complex or regulated industries such as FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Pharma.
- Workday Experience: Strong understanding of Workday's capabilities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Data-Driven Approach: Utilize facts and figures to drive outcomes and ensure compliance in a process-oriented environment.
- Advisory Skills: Confidence and capability to work in an advisory and consultative capacity with your client group.
