Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage and motivate a team of B2B cold callers. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in cold calling, particularly in the B2B space, and a strong ability to lead, coach, and drive performance from their team.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team of cold callers focused on B2B outreach
• Monitor daily performance, provide coaching and feedback
• Execute and continuously improve high-conversion sales processes
• Maintain quality control on sales scripts, outreach, and reporting
• Motivate the team to meet and exceed volume and conversion targets
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize performance and results
Qualifications
• Prior experience managing sales or cold calling teams (B2B preferred)
• Solid experience in cold calling with a strong understanding of outreach dynamics
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to drive performance through process and motivation
• Experience with sales scripts, CRM tools, and pipeline management is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
