Technical Content Writer

Must Have:

• Obtain a deep understanding of IT services to translate complex information into simple, polished, and creative content
• Must have deep understanding of data engineering, data security, data technology and data integration.
• Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights language that sets our users up for success
• Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement

Responsibilities

• Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing content, working closely with the department to understand project requirements
• Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write creative content, technical specifications, and technical blogs
• creating more precise and engaging technical base articles for the company/project.
• Develop technical content for webpages, eBooks and social media as per project needs.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical field
• 2-4 years’ industry experience as an effective and creative technical writer
• Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics
• Previous experience in writing technical blogs, magazines for Technology enterprises/ audiences.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Experience working with engineering to improve user experience: design, UI, and help refine content and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization
• Experience using XML tools to create documentation
• Proficiency in word processor programs such as Microsoft Word and Google Docs and PDF software such as Adobe Acrobat
• Familiarity with systems development life cycle (SDLC)
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred

Industry Experience: 2 to 3 years

Timings: 4PM - 1AM (First 6 hours are onsite and last 2 hours can be remote)
