Cogent Labs is looking for a Technical Lead for its Lahore office.

Role: Technical Lead (Full Stack)

Experience Level: 5+ years

Must-Have

  • Strong expertise in Python/Django for backend development
  • Extensive experience with React.js and modern frontend technologies (JavaScript, ES6+, HTML5, CSS3)
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, including cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Proficiency in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines and containerized applications with Docker
  • Experience in leading teams, managing multiple projects, and ensuring timely execution
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on performance optimization and scalable solutions
  • Familiarity with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL
  • Proficient with Git and version control workflows

Good To Have

  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Knowledge of additional backend technologies
  • Strong system architecture and design experience

Soft Skills

  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Lack of experience in team management and technical leadership
  • Limited expertise in React.js, Python, or DevOps
