The Project Manager will be managing the project timelines, resolving problems, and handling internal/external stakeholders. Work closely with Architecture, Engineering, DevOps, and other partners to integrate with multiple systems. You will organizes work, unblocks issues, pushes for progress, and collaborates across teams to ensure a constant flow of work.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting the overall implementation of the Iteration, ensuring the team adheres to the committed work and its delivery and managing each project's scope, quality, and timeline
- Responsible for facilitating all Project events, including daily standups, backlog refinements, estimation sessions, sprint planning, and retrospective sessions
- Must be technically comfortable with the complete software development lifecycle and technical components (UI, APIs, Gateways.) with excellent knowledge of Agile techniques and artefacts such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, CE/CI cycle
- Engaging with third-party partners, , helping to determine the technical design within the architectural guideline, in some instances challenging the teams' estimation values and revising the required documentation before development starts
- Responsible for ensuring progress is translated into our Project Management tool, Jira and Confluence, aligned to our standard breakdown of epics, stories, tasks, and bugs
- Cross-team knowledge sharing will be a vital part of the role, therefore building solid relationships and channels of communication with other teams, facilitating internal communication and effective collaboration
- Manages project financials, project status report, change management, governance, role identification and business communication to the stakeholders
- Help build a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Business, or similar field
- 4 to 8 year's experience (As a full stack developer & PM)
- PM certification is a must. (PMI CAPM, Prince2, SAFe etc.)
- Scrum Certification
- PM tool experience JIRA, confluence is preferable
- Excellent English comprehension and communication skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Must have initiative and a positive work attitude
- Must be confident, eager, and willing to take on new challenges
- Must be cooperative with good interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
