Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who can show exceptional Customer Support along with performing QA testing.
Responsibilities:
* Handle customer support inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate as needed.
* Manage Jira boards, track issues, and ensure timely resolution.
* Perform manual testing, document bugs, and verify fixes with the dev team.
* Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams for issue resolution.
Requirements:
* 3+ years in customer support, QA, or project management.
* Experience with Jira and software testing methodologies.
* Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
* Familiarity with SaaS products, APIs, or automation testing is a plus.
Nature: Onsite (Full time)
